A dog whisperer is the one who claim to be able to communicate with dogs, understanding their need, will, thought and desire. It is a dog habit to be extremely social animal that live in packs to follow a leader. That’s why we, the owner need to be taught the leadership skill and it can be learned from the dog whisperer and become one.

We need the dog to know who’s the boss but not in hard, aggressive, and negative way, like yelling and hitting, that make the dog frightened and confused. This is what alpha dog training teach us, the owner to be a good leader and become a better dog whisperer.

To become a good dog whisperer depends on this factor, experience, learning, and emphaty. Experience is nothing without learning and also the flip side learning is nothing without experience. Emphaty is the most important factor to become a dog whisperer, with empathy we can understand why the dog is behaving as he or she is.

Dogs do not really understand human words, the dog take our command when they associate that with our action. Dog whisperer know that dogs are reacting to the energy around environment not to the words. They teach the dog owner to use the positive energy or positive way of thinking to train the dog, because if we elicit negative energy to our dog, they will respond with negative behavior.

Dog whisperer know what is the dog needs and desire. It is simple they need to have food and water, need to play and interact with people and other dogs, socializing, and need the sleeping area. By understanding their needs it is easier for us to train the dog having good behavior. Sometimes we need to see from the dog’s view because dog’s psychology is not the same as us human. Never try to employ human psychology with the dog, this is the common mistake that we often make when train our dog.
